The FORTUNE Education
Program values your privacy and respect the need to keep your
information private and secure. We have answered some frequently
asked questions about how we protect the information that you
share with us and how you can access and change your information.

What type of information is the FORTUNE Education Program ("FEP")
collecting, and how are you collecting it?
The information we receive
depends on what you do when you visit our site.
- If
you visit our site to browse, or to read or download information,
like the Student Discount Form or the popular FORTUNE Preview
Guide:
We collect aggregate information including, but not limited
to the following: the name of the domain and host from which
visitors access the Internet (for example, aol.com or princeton.edu);
the browser software and operating system; the date and time
our site is accessed; and the Internet address of the website
from which visitors linked directly to our site. We also log
information regarding which pages were visited most often.
We use this information to measure the number of visitors to
the different sections of our site, and to help us make our
site more useful. The information is not shared or distributed
in any way with other organizations for commercial purposes.
We do not use "cookies" on this site. We do not partner with
or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
We do not collect personally identifiable information except
when voluntarily submitted to us (see #2 below).

you choose to identify yourself by sending us an e-mail or when
submitting an online form, including requests for sample magazine
copies, subscriptions or e-mail delivery of the FORTUNE Preview
Guide:
We collect personally identifiable information as follows: your
e-mail address, postal address, phone and fax numbers. We also
collect your name, professor's name (when applicable), department,
school and course name.
When you send your information to us, you become a member of
the FEP. We will use your information to fulfill your order,
to contact you about your order or membership, and to contact
you about related offers from the FEP. You may “opt-out” of
receiving marketing offers by selecting the option at the bottom
of our online forms. The information we receive is not in any
way shared with or distributed to other organizations for commercial
purposes.

Is the information I provide secure?
We have appropriate security
measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against
the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected
from you through our site or via e-mail.

How do I cancel my membership with the FEP?
You may cancel your free
membership with the FEP at any time by sending an e-mail to your
personal account representative or by calling 800-416-5138. By
cancelling your free membership, you will no longer receive magazines,
newsletters or related benefits from the FORTUNE Education Program.
Members who only wish
to cancel their subscription to the Preview Guide can simply unsubscribe
by following the directions that accompany each issue of the Preview
Guide or by sending an , with the words "unsubscribe FPG" in the subject line.

4.
How can I opt-out of receiving marketing e-mails from FEP?
Periodically, the FEP
sends out e-mail marketing messages that highlight new offers and
services. To be removed from our marketing mailing list, your e-mail
address must currently be listed in our database. If you do not
want to receive marketing e-mail from the FEP in the future, please
submit this online form to opt-out.
Please submit a new form for each e-mail address that is to be removed.
Being removed from the marketing e-mail list will not cancel your
free membership or remove you from any FEP newsletter (such as the
FORTUNE Preview Guide) that you may be subscribed to.

5.
How can I access or change my account information?
Upon request, we provide
FEP members with access to their own transaction information (e.g.,
dates on which a customer placed an order, amounts and subscription
term), and their contact information (e.g., name, address, phone
number). To request information about or make changes to your membership
information, please send an e-mail to fortune@fortuneeducation.com

How do I learn about changes to this privacy policy?
From time to time, we
may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously
disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change
at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our
website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the
ability to opt-out of these new uses. If you are concerned about
how your information is used, you should check back at our website
periodically.
